The controller of data related to the Klamra service is Sales Pro Cezary Kobalczyk, a sole proprietorship established in Poland, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 7272799742, operating under the Klamra brand. Contact: [email protected].

Your footage

Video, audio, transcripts, cut suggestions, and exports are processed locally. Klamra does not upload them to its servers or use them to train models.

Trial and license

To enforce the one-time trial and active subscription, we process random profile and device identifiers, application version, media duration, and a one-way digest of small file samples. We do not receive the filename, its path, or content. The server stores a digest of the service token, trial status, and—only after a purchase—technical payment and subscription identifiers.

Diagnostics

Local technical logs are rotated and retained for up to 14 days. They are not sent automatically. A report reaches us only when you submit it; logs are attached only after a separate, opt-in choice that is disabled by default. Server-side reports are retained for up to 30 days.

Payments

Paid checkout is not currently available. When sales open, the payment provider identified before purchase will process payment details, billing address, and tax information under its own privacy terms. Klamra may receive customer, transaction, and subscription identifiers, the selected plan, status, and billing dates. Technical payment events may be retained for up to 400 days to detect duplicates, maintain access, and handle disputes.

Updates and network access

The application connects to the internet to verify a trial or license, download signed updates and models, and send a report that you deliberately create. Infrastructure providers may receive standard connection information such as an IP address.

Website analytics and advertising measurement

Visiting our website and downloading the application is distinct from using the desktop application. On our website, we may measure interactions—specifically clicks on the installer download link—to assess the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads) only when you grant explicit consent via our cookie and consent banner. When enabled, measurement uses Google Tag and pseudonymized campaign identifiers (such as gclid) to record conversion events. You may accept or decline this measurement at any time; declining does not restrict your access to download or use Klamra. We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal profiles for marketing purposes, and your local media footage is never linked to website analytics.

Legal bases and retention

We process data to perform the agreement, secure the service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. Licensing data is kept while the account or subscription is active and afterward only for as long as required for billing, legal claims, and statutory obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
