Canceling a subscription

Once subscriptions become available, you will be able to cancel before the next renewal using the account or billing tools identified before purchase, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period.

Requesting a refund

Contact [email protected] with the transaction number, but never card information. We will direct the request through the applicable payment route and assess it based on the reason, usage history, and consumer law.

Technical problems

If Klamra does not work on a supported Mac or a material feature differs from its description, we will first try to resolve the issue. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, we will help arrange an appropriate refund or another remedy available under applicable law.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit withdrawal rights, conformity rights for digital content, or any other consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Details and consents relating to immediate delivery of digital content will be presented at checkout before payment.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed by a bank or marked as a chargeback, paid access may be suspended. Before initiating a chargeback, contact us—the standard support route will usually resolve the payment more quickly.
