TERMS OF USE
Klamra — license and subscription terms
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Operator and contact
Klamra is developed by Sales Pro Cezary Kobalczyk, a sole proprietorship established in Poland, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 7272799742, operating under the Klamra brand. Product and license enquiries: [email protected].
2. Product
Klamra is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that transcribes recordings locally, prepares a suggested edit, lets you adjust cuts, clean speech with Pure Voice, and export the resulting video. Videos, audio, and transcripts are not uploaded to Klamra servers.
3. Requirements and trial
The first release requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later. The one-time trial covers 120 minutes of unique footage accepted for processing. It does not require a payment card and is associated with a pseudonymous application identity stored in the macOS Keychain.
4. Subscription and renewals
After using the trial, you may purchase a monthly or annual subscription once paid checkout becomes available. Early Access pricing applies to a subscription started and paid for between September 1 and October 31, 2026; the discount remains attached to that subscription and applies to its future renewals. Subscriptions started from November 1 use the standard price. The final price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal price, cancellation method, and any discount will be shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless a full refund, chargeback, or another legally justified payment reversal occurs.
5. Payments
Paid checkout is not currently available. When sales open, the checkout will identify the seller and payment provider and present the applicable tax and billing terms before confirmation. Klamra will not receive full card information; it may receive technical customer, transaction, and subscription identifiers needed to activate and maintain access.
6. License
An active subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Klamra for personal or commercial purposes under one user profile. You may not circumvent trial or license controls, resell access, decompile the application beyond what is expressly permitted by law, or use it to infringe third-party rights.
7. Your materials
You retain all rights to source materials and exports. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to process and publish them.
8. Updates and availability
Klamra may download signed updates and check license status. We do not guarantee uninterrupted support for every codec or compatibility with every future macOS release, but we will address material defects within a reasonable time. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and governing law
Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated before they take effect. Polish law applies to matters not covered here, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of habitual residence.
